In this case you can install LiteLoader as a Forge mod (<code>.jar</code> file extension). To do that run the LiteLoader installer and select "Extract LiteLoader jar". Choose then the mods-folder inside your modpack-directory (see below) as the extraction-directory. You have to insert .liteloader mod-files in the mods-folder in your modpack-directory.
