The Matter quantizer is used to transform [[Elemental matter]] back into its essentia form. For the transformation it uses 524288 EU/t if the aspect is primal and 8388608 EU/t if not. Note that the machine can explode if the input elemental matter has a too high mass for the [[Elemental input hatch]], this can be prevented if high enough overflow hatches are used.
== Construction ==
