The neutron activator is a multiblock that turns fluids or plasma (please check) in to different fluids by consuming energy.
How to use
First chose the recipe you what to run. Then place hatches and buses you need and put the items and fluids for the recipe. Make sure it has power and your good to go !
It will transform the things to what the recipe shows.
Example: if you need spend thorium fuel you could put it in a neutron activator and not have to wait in stead of putting it in a reactor for like 1 eu.
