Rockets need fuel to get where they are going. In 2.1.1.0 the fuels have been modified in preparation for the removal of GT++. The GT++ rocket fuels have been supplemented by ones that can be made in the Large Chemical Reactor (LCR). The LCR fuels build on each other so you may want to leave room for future build-out.
