Bees are a resource producing mechanic added by Forestry, and expanded by Extra Bees, Magic Bees, Gendustry, and GTNH itself. They are classified by species, only a few of which can be acquired initially. Most species are the result of mutation - combining two specific species - often under special circumstances - to have a percentage chance of getting a new one, or later using the Mutatron.

Table Notes
* Verified for version: 2.5.1
* Resources listed as bullet points are commonly sought further refinements of the primary produce/specialty. Nested listings are refinements of higher resources; the further nested a resource is, the less likely it is to be a viable primary source.
* Specialty products (italics, S:) will only be generated if the Queen is in a Biome that matches her preferred climate (jubilant).
* Items marked (Component) are made using that bee's produce and bees are the primary source of it.
* Where species share a name, a suffix has been added which will not appear in-game:
** (ExB) Extra Bees / Forestry
** (GTNH) pack exclusive
** (GD) Gendustry
** (MB) Magic Bees

Omitted Data
For brevity and ease of use, the following refined items are not listed in the Resources & Notes summary column because so many bees make them, often in excess of any player's needs. Almost all bees make some kind of honey drop and wax as their basic output. The originating comb or item will still be under Produce.
* All Wax: Beeswax, Magic Wax, Refractory Wax
* Honey Drop, Honeydew -> Honey
* Propolis -> Sticky Resin
Line 26 ⟶ 25:
* Space Comb - Beeswax (50%), Refractory Wax (30%), Oxygen Drop (15%), Space Invaders 1 Coin (5%)

Acquisition
Any species not listed here is a normal mutation. Any percentage listed in red in NEI on the bee breeding tree indicates there are special condition(s) needed such as a specific Biome, Climate, Dimension, or support block.
Unobtainable Species
The following species exist in the pack, but have no breeding tree / cannot be normally acquired.
Line 50 ⟶ 51:
* Valiant - Rare drop from Forestry Hives
* Vazbee - Throw a Floral Princess into a full Mana Pool with an Alchemy Catalyst below
