Infusion Intercepter

The Infusion Intercepter is a server friendly block added by Thaumic Insurgence to speed up infusion of the Infusion Altar. It is most commonly used along with Thaumic Energistics (AE for Thaumcraft) to make aspect consumption of the Infusion Matrix nearly instant.

To setup the Infustion Intercepter simply craft it as shown in the Thaumonomicon, then create your Infusion altar first. This step is crucial as the Infusion Intercepter checks for existing altars.

Then place the Infusion Intercepter under the center pedestal and provide it with essentia (e.g. with an Essentia Provider) or via essentia tubes (not the Infusion Provider anymore). You can remove the Infusion Provider you used to have before and perform the infusions as normal.

As long as the required essence is now in your AE system, the Infusion Matrix will pull in all the essence at once and proceed to slowly suck in the items on the surrounding pedestals as usual.
