Solar Panel

Solar panels are Electricity producing Covers that should be placed on the top of machines or wires/cables with a view of the sky to produce power. During the day when it is not raining, they will generate their stated power level (1V, 8V, 32V, etc). At night or when it is raining, they will generate 1/8th of their stated power level, except for the 1V panel, which will produce zero. Solar panels can be placed under glass without affecting their efficiency, and when cable mounted, are not subject to fire or explosions when exposed to rain.

Solar panels become dirty over time, very slowly reducing in power output. The panels can be cleaned by left-clicking on the cover with an empty hand and a Water Bucket in inventory, or right-clicking with the Water Bucket. The water in the bucket will be consumed, and a message will be displayed saying the panel has been cleaned of (X)% dirt.
