Portable Scanner (Extra Utilities)

The Portable Scanner from Extra Utilities has two uses; it can display block data when right-clicked or Shift-right-clicked on any item in the world, including metadata and internal IDs, or display item/fluid transfer through a pipe network with Transfer Nodes. Unless being used for pipe networks, all its functionality is available from the Portable Scanner (Gregtech). It uses no power.
